  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A return is only possible in certain situations i.e., a) If the product received is different from the product that has been ordered and b) If a product received is of a different pack size for the item ordered. C) If the product received in a damaged condition.

  • Our team will verify and only then you will be confirmed about the return process which may take a maximum of 7 working days.
